Well versed and friendly Race Team with clear instructions even for first timers. Course is safe and scenic but challenging enough (with undulations) to keep you honest. On the "race" rather than "parkrun" end of the spectrum, but still a good range of abilities/ages. A recent find for me, but 10 mins from my office, so rude not to run it each month.

Thank you to all the marshalls who are always encouraging and cheerful.
Fabulous setting and fast course. Very well organised. Some people have been regulars for years which makes it special, a good mix of ages. Great way to meet up with friends

Great running in a Royal Park
Maybe explain that the 'boat house' meeting place is actually the pedalo dock. I was waiting by the half timbered boat house until I found a marshal who kindly pointed me in the right direction.

Amazingly inspirational to see so many "older" runners giving all their stamina. I am 50 and I always love that event.
All the marshals and organisers are so pleasant and sweet.
